I GOT NOMINATED FOR AN AWARD!
The Sisterhood of the World Bloggers Award!
Though it may be but small, I will gladly accept it and pass on the love! Whitney from Southern Hope Blog nominated me (Thanks so much, Whitney!), and I would just love to answer these questions…It’s like my own little interview after my award…(let me think I’m a big deal for just a little bit longer….)

Ok…so here are the questions Whitney asked me…
- What is your favorite holiday?
- May Day…May 1st….2 reasons…1. It’s a forgotten holiday 2. IT’S MY BIRTHDAY. I want to make it a big thing again, because girls always like flowers and I want to get MAY DAY-ed someday on my birthday. (Someone anonymously brings your flowers, leaves them on your doorstep, rings your bell, and RUNS!)
- What is your proudest accomplishment?
- Ruthie & Tessa — They are pretty incredible.
- What sound would you sing at karaoke night?
- I always thought it would be funny to sing a duet of “Love is an Open Door” from FROZEN, or maybe anything T-Swift really…
- If you could eat on meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
- Fish tacos. With all the fixins’ you get a new taco ever time.
- What makes you really angry?
- Compliment Fishers & People/kids who make stupid decisions and KNOW better.
- What makes you really happy?
- Down time…the ability to not have a schedule. *oo* gives me shivers.*
- What’s a pet you wanted to have growing up, but never had?
- I always wanted a big dog. We had a Cairn Terrier, Christy…I wanted a lab, or something I could cuddle with and not hurt.
- What’s your favorite thing about blogging?
- Hands down, my favorite thing about blogging is the community it creates. I now know people all over the US (and Canada)! Someday, when I have enough contacts (and $$) I want to take a blogger roadtrip and visit a handful of people I’ve met blogging! That’d be pretty sweet.
- Who inspires you?
- Currently, Tricia. She’s determined, adventurous, rises above adversity, willing to stand for what she believes, loves Jesus, and a traveling fool!
- Coke or Pepsi?
- No question…PEPSI. It is because of my undeniable sweet tooth. PEPSI’s sweeter. I’m also not from the south..i.e. I have flat hair, no accent, and I don’t feel pressured to drink COKE all the time. I know, I could lose friends over this, but that’s a risk I’m willing to take.
