And now it’s time for Story time with Ruthie…
We were sitting outside sipping S. Pellegrino playing with play doh. As soon as our dinner was done we started snacking on chicken nuggets and sweet potato fries…then began a wonderful story…with a little help from mommy, the story of Bobo came to be…
Once upon a time, there was a beautiful princess with copper locks who only wore beautiful dresses and ate McDonald’s chicken nuggets.
One day when she was on the way home from picking green beans from the queen’s garden, she stumbled upon a cave. The brave princess ventured inside and soon ran into a brown fuzzy bear. The bear stood up on his hind legs as tall as could be…Ruthie was so scared!
“Don’t be scared! I’m a friendly bear named Bobo. And my favorite food is green beans. Would you be so kind as to make me honey green beans?”
“I would be happy to!” Princess Ruthie said now that she was not scared. “I see that you have a sewing machine. Will you make me a beautiful Anna dress?”
“I would love to!” said Bobo and both rushed off busy at work.
The princess popped and cooked the green beans mixed with butter and honey to perfection while Bobo finished the dress and placed beautiful green emeralds all over.
Soon Bobo and Princess Ruthie exchanged their presents.
“Mmmm Delicious! I have never tasted anything like this before, and I love it!” exclaimed Bobo.
“Soo beautiful, Bobo!” as she twirled. “I love it! Bobo, you’re the best!”
“No, you’re the best,” said Bobo with a full mouth of beans.
” Would you like to go play play doh with me?” asked Princess Ruthie in her beautiful green bedazzled dress.
” As soon as you’re done with 2 more chicken nuggets.”
“Okay,” she said cheerfully.
