Dear Lindsay,
TEN DAYS UNTIL YOU COME TO GREECE!! I cannot wait! It is going to be so much fun to have you and Emily stay with me, to eat together, be tourists together, hang out at HD together, GO TO SANTORINI TOGETHER.
I trust you catch my excitement level, because I’ve got to move on. As you undoubtedly remember, you challenged me to do 10 things while I lived in Greece. Letters Between Friends: A CHALLENGE IS EXTENDED So far, I have completed 8 of the 10 things, and here is the proof!
10 Things You MUST Do in Greece
1. Find a building that is white and blue. DONE
2. Eat REAL Greek yogurt. Then tell me if Americans got it right. DONE, and no, they didn’t.
3. Pick an olive from an olive tree. Or a fig…a fig will work too. DONE, and just recently because it’s only now olive-harvesting time.
4. Take a picture of the most picturesque Greek man.
5. Dress up in authentic Greek garb…it looks AWESOME!
6. Pose as a gladiator. DONE, but Lindsay dear, gladiators are Roman. Instead I posed as a Spartan.
7. Eat Feta cheese on something. DONE, and did you mean on everything, because I eat it literally every day.
8. Take a picture of somewhere that is in a motion picture. DONE, could be most tourist places, but I chose Meteora, which was in the James Bond film For Your Eyes Only.
9. Be adventurous. Not dangerous…adventurous! DONE, and I even made a dumb video about it.
10. Find something American in Greece. DONE, and lol, this is my favorite.
Alright, Lindsay! You might have noticed that I have not taken pictures with a picturesque Greek man or dressed up in Greek garb. When you come here, will you help me accomplish these final two goals?
TEN DAYS AND COUNTING,
Tricia
